We enjoyed another weekend full of Halloween fun here at the KOA before the rain moved in…and we move out. Maeve was feeling a bit under the weather with a cold, so she stayed behind with George for some of the daytime activities to rest. He has been in a chronic sleep deficit, working crazy hours, for what feels like a long time.
Ellie enjoyed the rock climbing wall.

Another attempt at the pumpkin scavenger hunt.

And another face painting. A spider of sorts for her more scary costume.

After some rest and food, we all got ready to head out for trick or treating. Maeve didn’t want to miss out, especially with George home.

There seemed to be an even larger crowd milling about this weekend with even more elaborate decorations.

One man even spent the entire day setting up a haunted house.

The line ended at our site. After waiting for 15ish minutes and hearing screams coupled with a report from a little girl who warned us she saw a boy sobbing, we decided to head in to sample some candy and get into jammies.

Us girls enjoyed a chill day on Sunday while poor George left after breakfast for work which lasted until after breakfast today, Monday.
We enjoyed a walk around the park, watching many families take down decorations and pack up. Ultimately, we landed at Bocce Ball and Cornhole.
