About one month ago we hit the road to Oroville. A place we’ve been before. This time we opted for the RV park George stayed at during line school rather than the casino we stayed at about 3 years ago.
We’re loving all the space to play. There are quite a few other line families here, making it even more fun. And a sweet friend of mine is here! The staff is the most kind and helpful I’ve encountered.
It’s been much hotter here than Middletown. We’ve enjoyed a few hikes, dips in the river, the community pool and peddle boating on Forebay.
We’ve also had great fun on scooters, bikes and skateboards. I can no longer keep up on foot very easily. Loving my sweet new ride from Play it Again Sports in Chico.
Ellie has 2 1/2 weeks of school under her belt. I cannot believe she’s in first grade! California Virtual Academy (CAVA) remains a great fit for our lifestyle.
We’ve been trying to slow down and enjoy more time at home:the RV park. This has been a very nice place to do so!
